Our roadmap currently has us testing our MVP during the summer, this is in preparation for lauching the Beta version in time for the start of the 2024/25 Ireland Esports Collegiate Series. By building this way we're leveraging our own ecosystem to ensure that we've completed the launch in a live but somewhat controlled environment as the risk is all ours. We will however be working with any interested Clubs, Leagues, Educators and Brands on the way through this launch process.

We expect to release a subscription based pricing model with optional add on at the various levels. This structure will likely be targeted at (1) Clubs such as Esports and Sports organisations, (2) Leagues and Educators and (3) Brands given the different outcomes they will all be looking for.

The initial step is to ensure that we are on chain and that our our Esports Pass is activated in a seamless way. By going on chain we are ensuring that we can provide real-time data access. This will ensure that we give users portability of their Esports Pass from one experience to the next within our ecosystem of partners. Ultimately we believe that it provides a less complex alternative to creating a single-sign-on solution. From there the features we can unlock will be tempered by the quality of the user experience.

We believe that there is an opportunity to employ AI to enhance training (or scrims we we call it in esports) for teams in the first instance. There are other opportunities we've identified but this is our initial start point.

Since May 2021 we've been building in esports having set up the Nativz Esports Club and from September 2022 we rebuilt what is know known as the Ireland Esports Collegiate Series.
